OVERVIEW

Designed for beginner athletes!
Provides competition experience without the pressure.
A great way to put what they are practicing to the test!
We also try our best to give athletes enough free time after to try the obstacles again (does not change score) after everyone has run the course.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We will send an email out the day before the competition with run order, finalized schedule, and a course video.
The course video will be closed until 5:45pm when all eligible athletes are done with their Friday Practice.
When you arrive;
- Athletes will get a short walkthrough where they can ask questions about the course rules.
- Then they'll be sent to a designated warmup area (they cannot touch the course until their turn).

Do they get more than one try on the course?

They get 1 try on the course.

Are boys and girls scored together?

Nope, they are scored separately.

What is the schedule?

Finalized schedule will get sent out the week of the competition

Are they done if they fall?

Nope, they get to try each obstacle once regardless of falling.

How do you qualify for Finals?

Placing top 5 at a Qualifier.

What levels are allowed?

Rec, Junior, and Intermediate

Cancellation Policy

Customers are allowed to cancel enrollments by emailing info@obstacle-academy.com. All cancellations incur a cancellation fee, cancellation fees are percentages of the original payment not refundable depending on how much notice is given for the cancellation. Cancellations with;

More than 1 week notice will result in a 5% cancellation fee.
More than 48 hours but less than 1 week notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.

Late-Sign-Up Fee

Enrollments for competitions made less than 24 hours before the day of the competition must be made by emailing info@obstacle-academy.com and will have a late sign-up fee of 25% will be added to the cost of enrollment. The decision to allow for late sign-ups is subject to staff (you are not entitled to enrollment after the window has passed).
