5-10min Warm-up​

5-10min obstacle + Speed course Demo 

30-40min obstacle rotations + Course Runs

5-10min conditioning 

Keep kids active and attempting obstacles. Maximize course attempts. Get the kids competitive and track the fastest time.  

Core Team Ready

Competent on rings

able to dismount safely

able to hang on cannonballs

Keep kids active and attempting obstacles. Focus on coaching good swing design and hand placement.
